Have a High Stick Friday

I believe you are out there Kenora bound. Pulling in the walleyes, jumpin' off the dock, ditchin' all the end tables and cousin festing all day long. Happy Summer Holiday's to you. May you have time to draw, time to chat, time to lay in the hammock and have a wonderful weekend.
Dedication to Jane of Kenora, wish I was there

Back from Monterey

Hey, sorry to not tell you that I was gone for a week but you know how it is to scramble before a vacation.....yes VACATION. I went to San Francisco and Monterey to visit some fabulous friends and have some time to print in their studio. We had a great time and I did wish you were there. Really, it is such a beautiful place with the Pacific and micro climates and tide pools and waves of colors that would make you swoon, best to be sitting on the beach or you would fall over with their beauty, Palladian Blue and Seafoam greens and the rythmic sound of waves and the Monterey Aquarium full of moon jellys and seahorses and thousands of sardines swimming in a circle tank above you. Well, once my photos are uploaded I will be certain to post some. It all was inspiring. See you later in the week. I think my postings will be about 2-3 times per week from now on. Seems it was too much to keep up on a daily basis. Happy Monday!

Bought the camper instead of the camera
In the spirit of a fave site... unphotographable
I did not take a picture of the brightest sun shining through a city of small clouds. Clouds behind cars and rising up from grates in the street. Clouds coming out of mouths when conversations start. Clouds coming out of opened doors and clouds fogging up glasses coming in and one small stencil of a man glued to an streetside utility box with a beard and earmuffs smiling at me in my car.
Yes, wanted for months to buy the perfect camera to capture all of life and instead bought a pop up camper. Happy about the camper, looking forward to the camera someday. Until then my little point and shoot will have to say it all.
